We at KIDTOYPARTS have taken care of the hardest part of changing the electric motor that is soldering wires to the tabs. For best connections solder the wire to the harness wires. 2nd is using butt connectors or spring clamp. IF YOU DON'T WANT WIRES ADDED LET US KNOW WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.
We recommend replacing both motors. If your replacing just the one, the other side will need to be replaced soon as they wear together. The new motor will have the highest torque while the other still good motor will be lagging but still working.

#7R Gearboxes don't have snapfits around the perimeter of the gearboxes like the #7 do (see pic)
