PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING:
THEY ARE ONLY TO BE USED FOR MEDICAL SURGERYS- DO NOT BEND BLADE -BLADE MUST NOT TOUCH OTHER INSTRUMENTS WHEN IN ROTATION -DO NOT ROTATE BLADE WITHOUT IRRIGATION LIQUID
Rotate the inner blade mannually to ensure that the inner and outer blades are not damaged or bent.
CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION
This procedure should be followed before and after each surgical use.
Disasaemble the inner blade from the outer tube for cleaning and strillization
Ensure that all componenets ar free from blood,tissue, fat or foregn matter before proceeding with sterilization.
Immerse the blades ina a solution of water and detergent/ decontaminant. Refter to detergent instructions for length of immersion time.
Rinse well with water and dry
STERILIZATION
Steam Steriliazation: Autoclave 134oC- 18 minutes
Ethylen Oxyd: Blades can also Eto sterilized
Important Note: These guidelines do not quarantee that the device is sterile after procedure. The institution is responsible for sterility validation.
To Reinsert the blade, push it into the outer tube untill it clicks into place. The lot numbers and colour codes must be identical.
AFTER USE
Remove one of the tabs on coloured ring with a scalpel after each use to track usage

FMS RECOMENDED USAGE PER BLADE: MAXIMUM OF 5 SURGICAL USES-MAXIMUM OF 50 AUTOCLAVE CYCLES
