This two cylinder, four cycle, air-cooled unit cranks over nicely and runs on starter fluid. It won't run on its own fuel. Possibly clogged filters or  injectors or injector pump needs work. A diesel mechanic should be able to get it going without too much work.
The triple phase capability is great for businesses.
