  • Return policy details: Returns KidCruzers will accept returned products for refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Due to the size and weight of our products, we must charge a restocking fee to cover process and handling; restocking and refurbishing costs. This amount will be deducted from the total amount paid on the order when the refund is processed. To be eligible for a refund, your returned product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns, unless the product(s) is damaged upon receipt (See Damaged Products) and we are unable to resolve the issue through replacement parts. KidCruzers cannot process your return until the product is received. However, once KidCruzers receives and inspects your returned product(s), we will notify you with refund details. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product(s) returned, plus any applicable sales tax, in the original form of payment used to purchase the product(s). Please allow 5 business days for processing of returns and up to 14 days for refunds Exchanges KidCruzers will accept requests for product exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date listed on your invoice. To be eligible for an exchange, your returned product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will not be accepted after 30 days. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the exchange process. Damaged or Missing Parts while under Warranty If you receive a product that is not functioning properly or has damaged or missing parts, please contact our Customer Support Department for replacement or refund within 30 days. We fully warranty our product against any manufacturing defect or broken component during the warranty period. During this period, KidCruzers will supply you replacement parts at no cost. Should you require a refund, the terms of the Returns policy apply and we will also include the applicable delivery and return shipping and handling fees with your refund. Replacement Parts KidCruzers stocks a limited amount of replacement parts for customer convenience. Should you require replacement parts, please contact our Customer Support Department and will do our best to get you the replacement part you need. Costs will depend on the part, its availability, and current shipping rates. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.
