This is a super rare add on for you peg perego Thomas the train ride on. This has been fully modified to add power. The original version is just a add on cart that your thomas has to pull that adds extra weight and honestly thomas is not powerful enough to pull it with a extra kid. This one has been completely modified adding a motor and a battery. There is one power cord that has to be installed on your thomas with quick connecters that is super easy.
Modification that has been done is this:

battery hold down bracket with screws
Brand new battery directly from peg perergo
Brand new motor directly from peg perergo
axle with spring to be able to add motor
Wheel traction rubber band
