It is our opinion that the coin is more like a Fine a Very Good, but you be the judge. The date is readable and Liberty's head can be seen without most of the details of her hair but the word LIBERTY is still all there on the obverse. The word one cent in the center of the reverse is obvious and sharp. The wreath and the words United States of America are very distinct with wear to the high points. The coin has wear commensurate with its age, some scratches and bag marks. A definite rare find, despite the detail grading, deserving a spot in your collection. Please see photos to appreciate condition and beauty of the coin.
