Description

Virginian Broderick is a living American artist.  She has been recognized as an illustrator and painter with a vast catalog of paintings to her credit. Many of her themes are beautiful representations of her deep faith.  The "Mystical Rose," the title of this painting,  is a symbolic theme of the mother of Jesus. It is also an expression frequented in songs of faith, example: The Rose of Bethlehem," by Mosie Lister. If you have not heard that song it is worthy of a YouTube search.
If you notice any white spots in a couple of the photos, it is camera flash back. There are no white spots within this artwork. Because of the glass front I had to take some of the photos at a steep angle to avoid much of the flash back. The painting is sealed, and I did not want to break the seal.
This art is in spectacular conditon;  I would say Mint Condition without any doubt.  As stated above the frame is beautiful and compliments the art perfectly.  There is a mat that accents both the frame and the painting -- giving the painting focus and depth. This painting is print #134 of 300.  That's a very very small limited release.  This artwork, as all of the paintings and illustrations of Mrs Broderick, is exceptional.
