Here is a vintage educational and learning game/toy for children. This is "The ABC's: Recognition of Letters -- 5th Step to Learning". Published by Milton Bradley Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, copyright 1957.  This Picture and Letter Lotto play set is geared towards children ages 5 to 8.
It "trains the child to recognize the shape and form of letters of the alphabet; develops a foundation for reading'; etc. Set includes a flash cards with letters and objects, a wheel card with two different wheels, alphabet board cards in red. All of these items are housed in a heavy board portfolio with two sections, which snaps closed. Instructions for the game are printed on the portfolio. Portfolio case measures 12" by 10" by 1 1/2".

Condition: Good used condition
, coming from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.  I believe this set is complete. Most components are in very nice condition -- the red cards have not been used or punched out. Some age toning to the wheel card and two wheels. Some of the letter and object cards have been separated along the perforated lines. The portfolio is in good minus condition -- age toning, fading, general corner, edge, and surface wear. Snap works well.
