Hello, here we have a rare find. Here is a vintage, never assembled Big Wheel made by Empire with instructions sheet (damaged). Red, white, and blue color. It was a WCW edition but the box and decals were damaged and could not be saved. You only get what is pictured. We take pride in our items and how we pack and ship them.
