  • Condition: I'm not sure but I believe this is an old Radio Flyer metal scooter that someone repainted and added an IH International Harvester decals to (and matching colors). It has some paintwear nicks here and there from storage as shown. At first I was confused by the IH decal and coloring, but when I looked closer I could see the repaint where the rims meet the tires, and also some roughness under the paint here and there where the old paint wasn't completely sanded and smoothed out before being repainted.
