    The item has its problems. It could definitely be restored and is really only missing the plastic yellow horn (i think). The handle bars need be to reattached as it only being held on by one bolt at this point.
    It could definitely be made to look great by someone who knows how to do it. I am sellins as is, so feel free to ask any questions you may have.
